Hello!

It has been awhile! So some good news! I just got a letter from Sister Pritchard (outbound companion) that Ines, whom we found and taught, got baptized this past weekend! Sister Pritchard said that it was the most spiritual baptism that she had ever had/been to. It is good to hear that the work is going well in Emmett!

Transfers are coming up, and Sister Nevil and I are curious to see what will happen! We will find out on Monday.  You are lucky to stay with a companion for 2 transfers here. It is not like other missions where you can be with the same companion in the area for months and months. Change is a thing in the Temple Square mission! :)

I know you all have had times in life or even on a mission, at one point, where we struggle to see our success or efforts. God does recognize what we give! Like in Alma 26:27 where it says, "Now when our hearts were depressed, and we were about to turn back, behold, the Lord comforted us, and said: Go amongst thy brethren, the Lamanites, and bear with patience thine afflictions, and I will give unto you success."

Last week during Relief Society, Brad Wilcox came and shared with us more about the Atonement. I am sure you have heard or even read the talk "His Grace is Sufficient." Well It honestly was the BEST talk Ever! I cried a lot! God created wonderful beings ~ us ~ but as we have the natural man within us it can be hard to recognize God's plan for us. We get so many Anti's asking us about Grace.  They ask are you saved by grace, hoping that we say it is by works. And his reply was, YES, ABSOLUTELY, we are saved by grace." God's goal is to change us. And again he said, "Are you changed by Grace?" That is the real question, are we letting Christ's Atonement, his sacrifice change us? Are we showing our appreciation for ALL that he has done? That is how we become, by following Christ! Another thing he talked about was being hard on ourselves since we are a mission FULL of girls. He said, "God accepts our offerings. He loves us. He cares about the OFFERER not the offering," Alone we are not worthy but with Jesus we are!  God is not finished with us yet! The Atonement is so powerful!

I love you all so much!
