Well time flies by so fast! I cannot believe that I will be starting my second transfer soon! Crazy stuff!
Like before lots to learn! I love giving tours, they really are the best and the best way to learn is by teaching. I have always been told that but now I know what they are talking about!
So last week we got a referral from a new member. He told us a little about his friend, Carrie, and how she went to church a couple of times with him but moved shortly after. She had a copy of the Book of Mormon.
So the next day we called her and we talked for a bit and then we started teaching her the Restoration. Wow, she is like a sponge. We have already talked with her twice and again tomorrow. She prayed and received an answer the what we were sharing was true!
I have never seen someone so happy. She is so amazing and we will see how things workout!
Also we took an investigator lesson at the beginning of the week with some Elders and we got a phone call from them saying that the young man, Stephen, is getting baptized this Sunday and that we are invited! Wow, Heavenly Father answers prayers. We see miracles after miracles here on the Square. I cannot believe I was picked out of all the other amazing sisters to serve at a VC but most of all TMSQ! I know that Heavenly Father loves me and He is preparing others for me to teach. And I know that He loves every single one of His children. He has a plan for everyone of us. I am so happy!
We have met some amazing people here and it is the best feeling to see that they have been touched by the spirit! Even if they don't refer we know that we did our part in helping them feel the spirit and the truth of which we speak.
Today for p-day we are visiting East High (High School Musical), eating out at a Poly Restaurant, and watching the BYU-I cultural dance program at the Conference Center later tonight. So much to do and see!
I love you!
